Due to the high volume of orders please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. Expedited orders process and ship within 3 business days. Overnight orders process within 1 business day. Once processed for shipping, you will receive notification of your tracking number. It sometimes takes up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to be updated by the post office.
If you choose our 3-day or overnight shipping options, please order before 2:00pm EST that business day. Expedited orders that are not placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed the following business day.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact the carrier.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Pretty Pieces does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
We ship to most international countries. Transit time can vary depending on what option you select. Post Priority Mail - Transit time varies 7 - 14 business days. For this shipping option your order is shipped with the United States Postal Service. Once your package reaches your country, it will be transferred to your local mail carrier who will then fulfill your delivery. This can take anywhere from 3 to 5 Business days.
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Pretty Pieces cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. Pretty Pieces is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID-19.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 5 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed packing slips. We will issue a store credit upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. There are no refunds, no exceptions!
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return merchandise approval. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
Goods will only be accepted for exchange/store credit if they are returned within 5 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Items purchased with a discount code are final sale.
Returned items will be accepted only after a thorough inspection of the item. If an item appears to be worn or damaged due to customer error, it will not be accepted.
Please only send returns via USPS. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of shipping the item to us is your responsibility. Please DO NOT send via FEDEX or UPS. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please note that if your item is returned to us due to insufficient address, we will require you to pay a standard shipping fee of $8.99 to have the item returned to the correct address. No exceptions will be made.
Please also note we will exchange an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for an exchange to be processed. Credit amounts do not cover shipping and handling!
